Within Healthcare institutions there are three specific groups, who we see as our customer and with whom we work closely together:
- Medical specialists / staff are most often the end user of the products and services which have our focus and therfore we consider them as our primary customer
- Management of the hospital (Board, Divisions, etc) whom are in charge of ensuring the hospital is managed in a balanced way combining the attention to quality of care and financial results
- Purchasing department: In the operational execution of the procurement process GPO-Healthcare is an external support to the Purchasing department, where only close cooperation will lead to optimal results.
